We want you to enjoy many years of carefree ownership of your Terry lift. We therefore recommend regular maintenance by one of our trained service and repair specialists.
Regular servicing can ease the worry and uncertainty associated with unnecessary lift breakdowns, critical factors in life-enhancing products.
At Terry Lifts, we pride ourselves on the reliability and safe working of all our products. For your complete peace of mind, in the rare event that you have a problem, you can trust us to do all that we possibly can to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Once your lift warranty ends, we can offer a range of options to suit all budgets.
If we’ve not attended to your lift for over 18 months, we will need to carry out an initial assessment to ensure it meets current regulations. If necessary, we’ll provide a quote for any work required to bring the lift into serviceable condition. In most cases, if you accept the quote, we can carry out most of the work on the same day. We keep a large inventory of spare parts for all Terry Lifts products from the late ’90s in our vehicles.
Please contact the office for further information.
We’ve not only been involved in the home lift industry from the very start, but we’ve also shaped its future, helping to raise industry legislation and regulations while proudly designing and manufacturing our quality lifts right here in Britain to the highest standards. But it doesn’t end there. Should something go wrong with your lift, our team of highly-trained, DBS-checked, NVQ Level 2 qualified engineers are strategically placed throughout the UK to offer you the best, most timely and professional response.
Our aim? To leave you with a fully operational lift in a safe working condition.
If we can’t repair your lift on the same day, we will do our best to return the following day. Due to our central location, just off the M6 in Cheshire, we can distribute most parts overnight from our manufacturing base to any address within the UK. We also have the full support and reassurance of our local and UK-based suppliers, if required.
